From the 1st of January 2009 a BER Certificate is compulsory for all homes being sold or rented. Also, in relation to the Better Energy Homes Scheme / Insulation Grants, it is now mandatory to carry out an After Works BER Assessment to show the improvement to the Building Energy Rating when the work has been carried out for which you will recieve a 50 Euro Grant towards the BER cost. If you want to be guided in relation to improving your property's energy performance prior to commencing works/applying for grants, then our Energy Efficiency Audit is for you.

Along with the BER certificate, you will also receive an Advisory Report which will help you to identify how you might improve the energy performance of your home.
